Karla was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, the youngest of three children. Her family spent many, many vacations in Gulf Shores ~water skiing, swimming, and fishing. Most of her family still resides Mobile. She visits frequently, and still vacations with her family in Gulf Shores.
In 1997 she relocated to Birmingham, Alabama with a major bank in the area. Through a friend she switched gears and began to work for a banking software company. She held various positions throughout her eight year employment with the company. Much of the time, she was traveling around the United States and Canada installing the software at local banks.
On February 14, 2002 (Yes, Valentine’s Day) she purchased her first home. It was then she decided she wanted to become a Realtor®, it was her passion.
On February 14, 2005 (Yes, Valentine’s Day) she welcomed the love of her life, Zackery. What a blessing children are. "The one thing that stands out most to me is that I never realized how much my parents loved me until I had a child of my own. Even though children are dependent on their parents, I realize how much my life is dependent on my child’s." Zack is an expert on all the local parks, and would love to share his thoughts with you!
